The VacLift Max uses vacuum suction to lift steel, stainless steel, aluminum, and glass without marking or damaging finished surfaces. Unlike magnetic lifters, it leaves no residual magnetism and does not scratch or mar the material.

Manual 360° rotation and 90° tilting allow the operator to reposition sheets as needed. Movement is controlled using mechanical locking knobs, giving the operator deliberate control during lifting and placement.

The six-cup suction configuration can be adjusted to accommodate different sheet sizes, helping maintain balance across a wide range of materials.

The system is built around a dual-circuit vacuum design with a redundant safety reservoir. In the event of power loss, vacuum pressure is maintained for a minimum of 10 minutes, allowing the load to be lowered safely.

An integrated audio-visual low-vacuum alarm alerts the operator if pressure drops. Industrial-grade silicone suction cups are designed to maintain a seal even on materials with light surface dust or mill scale.
